Dwelling InsuranceOverviewThis policy provides coverage, similar to homeowners, for dwellings that are not eligible for homeowner coverage including, but not limited to, rented dwellings. Coverage can be purchased for: fire, windstorm and other specified causes of loss. Other structures associated with a covered dwelling have limited coverage which can be increased. There is also coverage for loss of rental income if the home cannot be occupied due to a covered loss. Liability coverage can be included with the fire policy. Dwelling Fire policies with Liability coverage are often used with condominiums you own and rent to others. Basic Policy Coveragecoverage
